Awesome Experience!!! On March 31 we walked into the Buffalo Dodge dealership. It was a blistery snowy day in the first impression was Todd opening up the door for my daug On March 31 we walked into the Buffalo Dodge dealership. It was a blistery snowy day in the first impression was Todd opening up the door for my daughter and myself! I’ve always felt uncomfortable walking into dealerships and it was a whole new experience with Todd. He greeted us was really friendly and listened right away to what we were looking for. We were pretty set on what we are looking for and he told us he could make it happen. He wasn’t pushy just very kind and gave us the time to discuss our options. He also had two other clients he was working it with but we never felt rush or pressured. He gave us options without feeling pressure or panicked. There were a couple other guys who also spoke to us and made us feel comfortable that we made a great choice in the truck! Todd then took the time to sync our phones and go over all the technical things. Again this is while he is working with two other clients! Todd fit in with our family, laughed, and made us feel very comfortable! The whole process was incredibly quick very thorough and I would highly recommend others to this dealership!! More
