I credit it all to Todd Rodenwald and his personal and sincere attention to me as a customer and for that, I give them 7 stars. I am deducting 3 stars from that rating because I am a bit disappointed with the lack of attention to detail the service department had when it came to filling out warranty paperwork and installing the accessories and loading the GPS navigation that I purchased at the time of the deal and the slew of generic emails I received from the dealer after the purchase introducing me to services that I already purchased. This takes away from the personalized attention that Todd invested. One suggestion I would have is keep the customer up to speed regarding the process leading up to delivery and make sure everything the customer purchased as add-ons are installed prior to delivery! Also, don't have the service department call the customer reminding of an appointment for accessory install if you haven't delivered the vehicle yet. More
