Positive experience! I have always avoided any car dealership because when I have gone in to browse in the past, I end up feeling pressured and uncomfortable. I found my perfect cross-over online, and came into Ryan Auto Mall to check it out. Todd was genuine, and took a laid back approach to giving me the information on the vehicle. He let me test drive it without asking many questions. After I test drove it, I was really interested, but wanted to take the weekend to test drive it to make sure it was the car for me. He was flexible open to the idea. I ended up test driving the vehicle over the weekend, and LOVED it. I needed financing, and Todd helped me find the best option, and all of the paperwork was ready to go when I arrived on Monday evening. Pretty seamless process. I will definitely be recommending Ryan Auto Mall to friends and family in the future! More

I appreciated him looking after me and our purchase as if we were his family- providing examples of what he would look for in a vehicle. Dane was very similar in his approach, taking time to answer my questions and helping me choose the right plan to make sure our vehicle would be taken care of as we drove off the lot and for the years to come.
