It had been a good experience so we were ready for a new van and decided to give him a call. The next day we went to the dealership and within a couple hrs we were headed home in our new van. Todd listens to your wants and needs. I have had salesmen tell me what they want me to buy and not listen to what I want. They do not earn my business. The paperwork was done quickly and by the time we cleaned out old van the papers were ready to sign. When you go back to this dealership the same employees are still there. Seasonal Issues Related to Jeep Soft Top I had a few minor issues with my Jeep soft top that got overlooked because the seasons changed and time went by. After I eventually brought it in whil I had a few minor issues with my Jeep soft top that got overlooked because the seasons changed and time went by. After I eventually brought it in while under warranty, the submittal to Jeep warranty got lost or was not submitted. After no results from a couple of inquiries, I contacted Jeep. I was put in touch with the service department again and my issues were addressed. What was a frustrating situation for me was corrected by Erik Lund, the Service Writer. Because of Erik's effort and candor, we are satisfied with the repairs and the experience. Thank You for taking care of our issues, we love our Jeep and will definitely give Ryan a chance again when its time for another! Respectfully Mike & Deb Post More
