I don't like when the sales people pressure you and Todd didn't do that. After I purchased my car I had a remote start installed. Lisa was great in getting in scheduled in a timely manner. The shop was friendly and helpful when I dropped off my car to have the work done and there was a loaner ready for me. There was no hassle which really is nice in this hectic day and age. I feel I got a good price and the paper process was painless. Everything was taken care of so quick and easy. Even the nice young guy who got my new car ready and helped me clean out my old car was very nice. I believe his name was Chase. I forgot a couple of things in my old car and stopped back to see if I could get them, he was very helpful in retrieving those items for me. I love my new car!
