Blown away! My husband and I were not looking to actually buy when we walked into this dealership 40 minutes from home. We had done a significant amount of resear My husband and I were not looking to actually buy when we walked into this dealership 40 minutes from home. We had done a significant amount of research on what we could afford and what would fit our desires, but we were in no rush at all to actually make a move. After speaking to Hannah the internet sales rep, we knew we had to give this dealership a shot because their prices and customer service was way beyond compare to the others in the area. When we arrived at the dealership, we were greeted with genuine people who actually wanted to listen to our wants and needs in a car and not just push a sale. In the end, we left after test driving and came back a few hours later when we realized that no other vehicle within over 200 miles had a price that could compete despite the low mileage and incredible features on the suv we fell in love with. We returned that night and traded in my sedan. All the other dealerships quoted us $2000 less for my trade in than what Suntrup gave us which in turn made this an even better deal. Brian our salesman was beyond accommodating and considerate. He colored with our 3 year old as we signed papers in the finance office. He answered so many of my questions and eased my mind over and over with his genuine concern for my questions. I am so thankful that we made the 40 minute drive TWICE to work with the amazing staff of Suntrup! We will never go elsewhere! More
