Great Experience at Suntrup I was in the market for a new vehicle because my ‘04 Nissan Pathfinder was on it’s last leg. Originally I’d narrowed my choices to two vehicles, a Nis I was in the market for a new vehicle because my ‘04 Nissan Pathfinder was on it’s last leg. Originally I’d narrowed my choices to two vehicles, a Nissan Altima or Volkswagen Passat. Since Suntrup has both dealerships side by side I decided to go there. I was greated by salesman Wilcox Yorama who has access to both lots and the used car lot. He was very knowledgeable about both vehicles, let me test drive them both and there was no pressure sales. I bring this up because after driving both cars I wasn’t impressed with either. After toiling over my decision for a while and walking around I spotted a Blue Honda Accord on the used car lot. I discussed the car with Wilcox and he was more than happy to take me out on another drive and show me all the features of the Honda. Long story short I ended up purchasing the Honda. I got a great deal on my trade and after a little negotiating I got an even better purchase price on the car! More

Where there’s a Wilcox, there’s a way!! I have always been a hand-me-down car owner. I knew it was time for an upgrade because my previous car had PLENTY of issues. I was up front with Wilco I have always been a hand-me-down car owner. I knew it was time for an upgrade because my previous car had PLENTY of issues. I was up front with Wilcox stating “I like Nissans but I want to try out as many cars as I can!” He understood and proceeded to show me 4 different SUVs. Every single one was within my price range as discussed prior to the test drives. I know it’s a salesmen’s job to list off all the features and Wil was able to answer every question I had. When I needed him to listen to what I had to say, he was very respectful and took everything into consideration for finding the perfect car for me. I ended up with a Pathfinder and I’m in love with it!! More

A huge relief when I needed help the most I went to this dealership which mind you was 100 miles from where I live. That said I went for a certain car which I was told was still there and then was sold when I showed up. So my sales rep Mesa was able to help me find a even better alternative to my car situation. I was in a bad position where I needed a car that day as of a result of a car accident. We were able to find a really nice 2013 Kia optima ex with a bunch of features at a great price and even got it discounted for me. He was even nice enough to drive my car to my car rental drop off for me so I could return my rental. Overall I wasn't sure about this dealership at first but I am glad I stuck it out but I got a really great car and I am happy with my experience! More
