The service was great as usual, however the last 2 visits I used a coupon that included tire rotation. First visit was informed tire rotation could not be done due to best tires had to stay on front an I I used a coupon that included tire rotation. First visit was informed tire rotation could not be done due to best tires had to stay on front an I should have tires replaced. I then ha new tires installed at Ford Dealer. Fast forward 5K miles to this service for oil change and tire rotation and was told could NOT do tire rotation again due to they ccould not get lug nuts off. Now all service has been done by Ford so I feel I have been screwed out of 2 tire rotations. By the way the 2 part lug nuts Ford use are pure trash. The stainless steel acorn cap over the real steel inter nut gets deformed by Ford Service using an air impact to remove and replace them. Then you offer to put the same defective part back on for jut under $200. Good oil change though! More
