Unlike every other dealership I went to, not one person was ever short with me, not once did I feel like they were playing a game with me on the price negotiation (no “I have to talk to my manager” or “write down a number” or other games). Susan got me started quickly setting me up with a car to test drive and kerrilynn to work with. I spoke with kerrilynn about the most important thing for me being safety because it is going to be my wife’s car and she focused on safety features when finding the right fit for me. She was very helpful and fair and honest throughout the whole process. During the financing approval process, there was a small miscommunication and Susan had to let me know my monthly payments will be higher than we initially talked about, she was incredibly clear in communicating with me and sympathetic. She also got out at what looked like the very end of her shift when it was cold to move cars out of the way when we came that night to pick ours up, I felt bad but she was wonderful. The finance department was very helpful, very open and translucent about everything that was going on with the process of approval, and they did not try to push me when offering those extra checkout warranties that I have personally always felt to be scams. The car did have a recall on it when I bought it, which I feel should have been caught and fixed by the dealer before selling it to me. However they got me right in and fixed it quickly, the service staff were all very friendly. Now when I was purchasing the car I was told it would have a feature through starlink, remote start, but after buying the car found out it’s only true for 2019 cars and this one is a 2017. This was not at all kerrilynn’s fault, could happen to anyone and she was very sincere in trying to help me out with a solution. The remote start was extremely important because my wife has asthma and needs to quickly get into a warm car or she can’t breathe. Todd stalker reached out about the whole situation and took care of it for me. I was not expecting that, I wanted some sort of help with a solution because they accidentally mislead me, but I did not expect Todd to step in and take of the problem completely with no strings attached, due to the unfortunate but severe misunderstanding during the car’s purchase, he and the service team were simply phenomenal. More

John Canty made signing independently for my first car a breeze. With his extremely friendly personality he explained everything I needed to know and made me feel comfortable during my car buying experience. Would highly recommend this dealership! More

He wasn't pushy, answered all my questions and made the test drive fun. After I left the dealership Glenn was quick to respond back with any questions I had. When it came to negotiating the final price Glenn and Todd didn't make me feel like I was the bad guy for trying to get the best deal for me. It was refreshing. When it came time to sign Adam was awesome. He explained everything clearly and answered all my questions without getting annoyed. For the first time ever, the car buying process wasn't a hassle and I didn't feel like I was getting worked over. Hats off to Glenn, Todd and Adam for making me a happy customer. More
