I am extremely unsatisfied with my purchase experience even though the sales staff was great. I bought a 2017 certified pre owned Ford Escape 1 week ago for my wife, and it is already back there at the se even though the sales staff was great. I bought a 2017 certified pre owned Ford Escape 1 week ago for my wife, and it is already back there at the service center with the technicians telling me they are going to put a new engine in it? The vehicle has 30,000 miles on it, covered under warranty,but that is really annoying. I do not and should not have to expect that from a certified pre owned vehicle. It needs to go back and get the 172 point inspection done over again, that should not happen after driving for about a week around town. More
