Wondries reputation for customer service and support from sales to service goes without question. Todd listened to what I thought my car might need, but he had his mechanics check and verify everything. The sales to service goes without question. The mechanic/technician kept me updated as to what is needed with a projected cost and for me to verify what I would like to have done. The only thing I dislike is the 3% surcharge imposed by the credit card companies when paying. Who carry $1000 in cash let alone trying to get the cash on a Saturday at 4:00 pm? Loyal customers should be getting a 20% discount on all parts. More

Your quote process is misleading. You send me a text where I approved the work to be done with associated prices and when I picked up the car, it was twice that amount.
