Took new Crown in for initial 6 month service. Upon leaving found they changed my saved seat settings. Then two warning lights were displayed on the dash along with two alternating warning message Upon leaving found they changed my saved seat settings. Then two warning lights were displayed on the dash along with two alternating warning messages indicating two features had been turned off and that another feature was subsequently not available (I guess because of a feature turned off)…these messages stayed on display until I returned to the dealer but did not go back on when the car was restarted there. I also noticed a small scratch on the fender near the engine compartment which was not on the car when I brought it in. They denied doing the scratch and because the warning messages and lights didn’t come back up at the dealer, they said there’s nothing wrong with the car. (So how’d the features get turned off in the first place? And, since they are now ON, how’d they get turned back on?) The service manager was supposed to call me…however after just over a day, no call. I wish I’d never had brought my beautiful new car to Wondries for servicing. Despite there being 5 other Toyota dealerships CLOSER to my home, I went to Wondries because of Todd and our a 20+ year relationship with Wondries (two Camry purchases and their service). More
