I was very pleased to find a vehicle that had all the options I was looking for. The price was fair. I was however disappointed on the trade in amount given to me on a 7 month old vehicle. I realize and agree you need to make a profit on used vehicles but I do feel a better price could have been offered. Knowing the limited selection of new vehicles I felt somewhat backed into a corner on the trade in value. I'll keep my opinion to myself on the personality of the appraiser I was given to work with. Sales (Jeff Anderson) was very personable and helpful. It does seem the dealership very much limits the sales staff on what they can discuss. The parts/accessory personal were very good to work with. I will also be going back to visit with finance about the purchase of an extended warranty. Josh was very knowledgeable on the warranty's. I do hope my scheduled meeting will take place at the scheduled time. This didn't happen before. More
