Armando greeted us and answered questions about an AMG GLE43 that was on the showroom floor. Price was negotiated with George who was informative about ordering and pricing aspects and we agreed on a price that was so near my target price, I decided to purchase the high end SUV in the showroom for my wife even when we were set on buying an F-150 truck. I also purchased a 4 year prepaid maintenance and 7 year extended warranty that was set up by Todd. Ashmael walked us through the features of the AMG43 which is quite extensive. I never felt under pressure to buy any unnecessary products. I have worked in the auto industry years ago and these guys at MB of Boston are top notch. They went the extra mile to be sure we are happy. When my VW is nearing it's end, I will be going back to Herb Chambers Mercedes Benz of Boston for another Mercedes Benz. More

I cancelled airline tickets to Boston as I had second thoughts about the the van. Rob was very nice about the situation and continued to keep in touch.
