The customer comes first After looking for a new vehicle (pickup) for months, we decided to visit MB of Boston. Armando greeted us and answered questions about an AMG GLE43 t After looking for a new vehicle (pickup) for months, we decided to visit MB of Boston. Armando greeted us and answered questions about an AMG GLE43 that was on the showroom floor. Price was negotiated with George who was informative about ordering and pricing aspects and we agreed on a price that was so near my target price, I decided to purchase the high end SUV in the showroom for my wife even when we were set on buying an F-150 truck. I also purchased a 4 year prepaid maintenance and 7 year extended warranty that was set up by Todd. Ashmael walked us through the features of the AMG43 which is quite extensive. I never felt under pressure to buy any unnecessary products. I have worked in the auto industry years ago and these guys at MB of Boston are top notch. They went the extra mile to be sure we are happy. When my VW is nearing it's end, I will be going back to Herb Chambers Mercedes Benz of Boston for another Mercedes Benz. More

I cancelled airline tickets to Boston as I had second thoughts about the the van. Rob was very nice about the situation and continued to keep in touch. He then came up with another deal that I decided to go with. I would recommed Rob to anyone looking for a Mercedes. Thank You Frank Mauro More

David was great I talked to David while my old car was being serviced. I was very happy with my 2012 Mercedes and didn't feel it was necessarily time to upgrade. By the time David explained the improvements available in the 2018 model, I was ready to buy. I found David to be honest and knowledgeable. More
