Service above and beyond from Tom Analitis I brought my car in for oil change, tire rotation, bluetooth inspection, etc. The service was going to take some time, so I jokingly asked Tom if he c I brought my car in for oil change, tire rotation, bluetooth inspection, etc. The service was going to take some time, so I jokingly asked Tom if he could provide a ride for me to a video gaming location to pass the time. Not only did he get me a ride there, but also called me when my vehicle was ready and provided a ride back to Hawk Chevy. To me, that's above and beyond to keep a customer happy. He just earned my continued maintenance business. Great job, Tom, Shawn and Jordan (my drivers). I'll be back! :) More

Good service I had set up my appointment a week prior so they were able to order the part or the open recalls on my car I get there on a Saturday 8 o’clock in the I had set up my appointment a week prior so they were able to order the part or the open recalls on my car I get there on a Saturday 8 o’clock in the morning for my appointment and they called me at 9 o’clock to let me know that the wrong parts were ordered so we ended up having to reschedule for that following Saturday it took them about four hours to complete the service for the open recalls on my car but the gentleman that did help me was very apologetic for the wrong parts being ordered. The staff that help me were very polite they were not pushy into having me do more work on my car than what just needed to be done which were the open recalls and I really did appreciate that. More
