very helpful and accommodating Well seeing that I just purchased a 2019 Chevy track and it has been in the shop I told her three times and for each time I was adjusted with a nice R Well seeing that I just purchased a 2019 Chevy track and it has been in the shop I told her three times and for each time I was adjusted with a nice Rent-A-Car I was explained and verbal details what was going on with the car what they did to repair the car they reassured me each time that they was going to get down to the bottom of the problem and they did and they didn't all were very sympathetic to the fact that I had to keep bringing the car back and they just accommodated me and every kind of way and I definitely want to give a shout out to Bill over in the service department he is totally totally awesome!!!!! More

Great customer skills!!! I've been dealing with Hawk Service Department sense 2012 when i bought my truck. These people go above an beyond to help me, the couple of time i was I've been dealing with Hawk Service Department sense 2012 when i bought my truck. These people go above an beyond to help me, the couple of time i wasn't so satisfied with them they made it right with no question ask. With my warranty i can go to any mechanics i want, but i choose Hawk not only are Tom,Bill,Mirian , and Jennifer are pleasant to talk with they also make sure I am taking care of. Problem with tire I went in because my tire would not hold air. The found out that I had a nail and a screw in the tire which made the tire unable to be repaired. They I went in because my tire would not hold air. The found out that I had a nail and a screw in the tire which made the tire unable to be repaired. They quoted me a price on the tire and stated that at my last oil change I had been enrolled in a program for my tires. They told me since I needed a new tire, they were responsible for $150 credit. After the repair, I owed $85 and asked if I would be able to use my Chevy points. They showed me what to do and I was to use my points so after everything my final bill was $0. Thanks Hawk More
