Very disappointed This dealership will sell you a car, but customer services is extremely disappointing. they will not respond if you have a problem. I called, and ema This dealership will sell you a car, but customer services is extremely disappointing. they will not respond if you have a problem. I called, and emailed the Pre-Owned manager several times and never received the courtesy of a response. I know that when you purchase a used car it is usually "as is". This car had supposedly gone through the 120 point check, yet in less than 3 days I had to replace the window mechanism in the drivers window. (the first 2 days we didn't even open the window) The lack of response and caring is more than disappointing. Customer service seems to be at a minimum with Naples Chrysler Dodge. More
