I recently purchased an almost new Jaguar F-Type from Benz and Beemer. Tom was my initial contact and assisted me at every point in the purchase. I won't refer to Tom as my salesperson as his approach is more consultative and information driven. He answered all my calls or called back promptly if I left a message. When I asked about how far back the mirrors folded, he sent a video with the mirrors folded back. He described the process of how they prep cars for sale and the ceramic coating they apply to all cars. This gave me a lot of confidence that I had found a dealership that went above what others would offer for a pre-owned vehicle. They obviously take pride in what they do. And after the sale, Tom still answers his calls to help with any follow up questions I may have. The car looked stunning on their web site and even more so when it rolled off the carrier truck. If there is a scratch somewhere, I have have yet to find it. The car is as perfect as it could possible be. Tom was great to work with and super helpful through the entire process. More

I appreciate the professionalism and courteous manners that were displayed throughout my visit. They guided me through several different financial options and supported my choices with specific details. I traveled from Camp Verde, during rush hour, and did not arrive until after 5pm. My original plan was to just look at the car and test-drive it, not purchase it. Once I realized that purchasing the vehicle was my best option, it was very late (past closing) by the time the transaction was completed. I apologized several times for keeping them after hours, and everyone was so gracious. This was the BEST experience that I have ever had purchasing a car. Not to mention that the car I drive is a beautiful, premium, and quality vehicle. Thanks to everyone that made this a stress-free, painless process. More
