Today was my first time at CBB, and to be honest, I wasn’t sure what to expect—I haven’t had the best experiences with dealerships in the past. But working with Tom was a breath of fresh air. He’s honest, transparent, and genuinely focused on helping the customer. He actually works with you to find a solution that fits your needs, not just what works best for the dealership. That alone earned a ton of respect. Then I met Zoe in Finance, and he was just as impressive. He’s the first Finance Manager I’ve dealt with who wasn’t pushy. He built real value in what the dealership offers and even got me to sign on for a warranty—which says a lot, because I usually pass due to how often I go through cars (I average one every three years thanks to work travel). Zoe’s enthusiasm and love for what he does really stood out. I’ll definitely be coming back to CBB when it’s time for the next car—and I’ll be asking for Tom and Zoe. Great job, gents! More
