From management to my initial meeting with Tom Brown, Hawthorne is a great place to have a that casual customer experience. It's my 3rd vehicle from Hawthorne and I've had the pleasure of being teamed up with JR Gray every time. Not only did we handle seeing my vehicle, negoatiaions and all the paperwork in about 40 minutes tops he also simaltinanelously got my mother in law into a Malibu with the whole thing (both vehicles) taking fewer than 2 hours. Super important with my busy schedule and lifestyle I'm always pressed with time and knocking out 2 vehicles that quickly was such a pleasant surprise. A master at what he does - on-point, no frills, no surprises, all business with a smile and some laughs, I would reccomend JR and Hawthorne to anyone. More
