I just purchased a 2023 Outlander SEL them this dealership yesterday. My salesman Nick White was absolutely wonderful. I could have not asking for a better salesman. Nick, Tom and Gene worked really hard to get me into the vehicle that I wanted. After several days, I was able to drive out of there with the exact Outlander that I wanted.. I recommend anyone that it looking to purchase a vehicle to go to SP Mitsubishi. They are so amazing there. I never ever had such a great vehicle purchasing experience as I did there. Nick was not a pushy salesman like you see at alot of places. He listened to what I wanted and worked hard with his team to get me what I wanted. I bought a 2019 Outlander Sport from this dealership yesterday and I couldn’t be more happy with it! The first time we stopped in to see a different car was not very pleasant because the sales manager o yesterday and I couldn’t be more happy with it! The first time we stopped in to see a different car was not very pleasant because the sales manager on the floor for that day was very rude and pushy. The salesman that we dealt with, Larry, however, was amazing and he is the reason that we decided to come back and ultimately make a purchase! We dealt with the floor manager Tom while signing paperwork and he was wonderful as well. I didn’t catch the name of the other sales manager because he was too busy giving us attitude when we decided that we were not interested in the first car I test drove. I would absolutely recommend this dealership as everyone except the one sales manager was friendly. Larry really made my first car buying experience excellent! Huge thank you to Larry and Tom! More

We were treated SO well by Tom and Larry! ! Larry is the only reason that we came back to buy a car here after the previous night when we were there rather late, trying to see if we could aff ! Larry is the only reason that we came back to buy a car here after the previous night when we were there rather late, trying to see if we could afford another car they had listed and when it didn’t work out, the floor manager that evening, (the one that looks like a tanned Ken doll) said “well then let’s wrap this up because it’s 5 to 9 and we closed an hour ago!” Is that how your managers are supposed to talk to potential buyers because they were kept an hour after their scheduled work time!!?? We came back the very next night and bought a different car from Larry and Tom and the experience was WONDERFUL! I will be back soon to trade my car in! Great work guys! You know how to talk to people! Thank yiu!! More
