I bought a car with no lien and the sale completed on 1/16/2024. Same as other review on here I worked with Tom Cusack. They have since sold my trade in that didn't have a lien on it but never p 1/16/2024. Same as other review on here I worked with Tom Cusack. They have since sold my trade in that didn't have a lien on it but never provided the certificate of origin to the MVA. The MVA reported to me and my friend that there are at least 300 complaints currently being worked on with this dealership. More

If I could leave a half a star, I would I can’t even begin to tell you the extreme level of unprofessionalism and at this point illegal practices that are being currently done I purchased a vehicle on J begin to tell you the extreme level of unprofessionalism and at this point illegal practices that are being currently done I purchased a vehicle on January 11 the dealership as of as of today, March 13, this dealership still have yet to credit my former trade-in payoff and they have not issued a title to me because according to MVA they did not ever provide The necessary paperwork in order to obtain the title nor did they ever provide to MBA of the sale at this point I have two loans alone for car no longer owned because they never paid off my former balance as well as the current loan for a car that I don’t even have a title for I am moving forward at this time to pursue legal action I am on social media because they do not think it is relevant to make any effort to communicate back to me we’ll see if I get a response from this. More

When I purchase my car in 2018 the services was great now not so Good I have been trying to get this issue resolve for the last 7-8 months all I been hearing we going to call you back. I received a refund check from Nissan of Bowie for an over payment of my TAG and Title fees, The check was Dated for the 13th of January 2022 and sent to me on the 5th of May 2022. The Check is past th over payment of my TAG and Title fees, The check was Dated for the 13th of January 2022 and sent to me on the 5th of May 2022. The Check is past the 90 day expiration date and not valid. I call the dealership several times and spoke to different people none of whom would or could help, I asked to speak to a manager and would either get disconnected or routed to some random person who would then disconnect me. don't trust this dealership for post sales support. More

I am back again with my headaches and frustrating malfunctioning 2020 Nissan Sentra car that I purchased from Nissan of Bowie. Same car with more problems( My car will stop at a stop light, would not malfunctioning 2020 Nissan Sentra car that I purchased from Nissan of Bowie. Same car with more problems( My car will stop at a stop light, would not moved. After 10-15 minutes it will eventually start up again). Now I am not a mechanic and do not knows about cars. But I do work in the medical field and when a patient comes in for a physical examination they are checking thoroughly (eyes nose, ears, mouth, reflex, examine different body parts and sends to the lab for blood work). Now let’s apply that medical theory to comprehensive checking of my problematic 2020 Nissan Sentra. If the auto body shop is saying they did a “comprehensive checking” of my problematic 2020 Nissan Sentra car on 08/14/2021. I will assume the expectation will be checking everything under the hood of the car to make sure everything is in working order. Now if I came back to pick up my car, oil was not change, sparks plugs was not change, fuel filter was not change. Nothing different was done to my car and I am still experiencing the same problems. Doesn’t that mean Nissan of Bowie is lying and did not touch my car? And that means they knew they sold me a lemon car and are not trying to fix their lemon car. Same car with more problems🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️. Ladies and gentlemen please learn from my horrible mistake and avoid the nightmares I am experiencing. Do not go to Nissan of Bowie and purchased a car. Nissan of Bowie is the worse car dealership in the USA. More

Hideous, go anywhere but here. They tried to charge me $5,000. I took their estimate to another garage who said I didn't need ANY of this work done. And don't expect to get anything fixed there without wa $5,000. I took their estimate to another garage who said I didn't need ANY of this work done.
