The sales process was one of the best experiences I have had with a dealer and sales person. Very relaxing atmosphere, knowledgeable about the product and no pressure. The team at Star is 100% focused on having satisfied clients. It’s easy to say nice things when everything goes right. In my case, the new model of my latest car has some systemic issues that the manu clients. It’s easy to say nice things when everything goes right. In my case, the new model of my latest car has some systemic issues that the manufacturer is struggling to resolve and the Star folks have done everything they can to make sure it represents the least inconvenience to me. The purchasing experience was delightful. The sales manager Tom was attentive and knew the product very well. He spend over 2 hours with me explaining the operation of the vehicle as well The sales manager Tom was attentive and knew the product very well. He spend over 2 hours with me explaining the operation of the vehicle as well as a test drive. His statement to me was “we are a customer service company that happens to sell car”. What a true statement. The selling process was relaxing and not a pressure sell. We agreed on a price in minutes and he did not try to pressure me to buy add on services. I highly recommend Star Motors. Though this survey indicates I purchased a Mercedes, I actual purchased an Aston Martin Vantage. More
