Recently purchased a used car from the dealership, turns out there was a significant issues with the heater box not functioning, it took a while to realizes that things were not working as they should. Once I determined what the general problem was I took it in and the service department diagnosed the problem and it was fixed as part of the warranty that came with the car. In my first attempt at this review, I was initially disappointed in the trade-in value that they offered for my vehicle, but after talking to a manager after the sale, it cleared up my confusion. Tom and Pat were both very professional and seemed genuinely interested in making my opinion heard, and I really appreciate that. The one slight issue is that I was given no wiggle room on new vehicle pricing and negotiation. I jokingly asked if I could get a Nissan hat from their display case thrown into the deal, and it was a resounding no. Seems a bit absurd that you can't throw a $10 hat into a $35,000+ purchase. Obviously missing out on a hat isn’t a big deal, but it highlighted that the negotiation process wasn’t as smooth of an experience as I believe it could be. More
