Life time resident of Dowagiac, MI and the surrounding area. I am a 1983 graduate of Dowagiac Union High School. Baseball, fishing, golf and playing pool are my favorite hobbies. I traveled much of the world through the US Navy serving aboard the U.S.S. Nimitz, CVN-68. I'm a proud veteran and happy to meet others who also serve or have served our country and our citizens. After the military I entered sales in 1991 and have an extensive background in sales, inventory and store management. Sales is a great career field with its own set of challenges. Finding the right car, truck or SUV for a customer is the challenge and my goal each and every time. I have a low pressure system that I use in finding the right vehicle for my customers. It starts with listening to them first and learning their needs. When successful, I make a long standing customer and in many cases, a new friend. Had a great experience purchasing our new "to us" truck. I reached out to the dealership and they sent me to Tom Ferrier. Once I told him what type of vehicle we were interested in and what our pre-approv I reached out to the dealership and they sent me to Tom Ferrier. Once I told him what type of vehicle we were interested in and what our pre-approval amount was he was on it! He sent us a few options of what the dealership had at the time, but they just wasn't enough to bring us in to look at. Few days later Tom calls me and emails me to tell me that they just got a truck in from a trade in. He said you have to come see this truck before it goes. So, we looked at the truck Friday evening and fell in love with it, signed the papers on Saturday and took the Truck home on Monday. Now that was a fast and easy transaction. Tom was very helpful and informative when we picked the truck up. He sent it through maintenance, had it cleaned and made sure the tank was full before he let us drive it home. The C Wimberly Team was also very friendly and helpful with the process. We are excited about our new truck! Thank you Tom & the C Wimberly Ford Team for helping us find the right vehicle that exceeded our expectations. When ordering our vehicle Tom took the time to explain the options. From the time we ordered it until it was delivered he kept in contact and we found him to be most thorough. Afterwards, Tom went over more details and features of our vehicle and let us know some of the benefits that the dealership offers.
