Life time resident of Dowagiac, MI and the surrounding area. I am a 1983 graduate of Dowagiac Union High School. Baseball, fishing, golf and playing pool are my favorite hobbies. I traveled much of the world through the US Navy serving aboard the U.S.S. Nimitz, CVN-68. I'm a proud veteran and happy to meet others who also serve or have served our country and our citizens. After the military I entered sales in 1991 and have an extensive background in sales, inventory and store management. Sales is a great career field with its own set of challenges. Finding the right car, truck or SUV for a customer is the challenge and my goal each and every time. I have a low pressure system that I use in finding the right vehicle for my customers. It starts with listening to them first and learning their needs. When successful, I make a long standing customer and in many cases, a new friend. Very easy and painless. Tom was amazing taking what things we'd like in our vehicle and showing us the vehicles we would love. The rest of the staff was very friendly and really helped to put the bow o things we'd like in our vehicle and showing us the vehicles we would love. Very straight forward experience, been to plenty of dealerships and talked to many salesman but Tom Ferrier and the staff kinda blew me away. From the start Tom had all the quotes and values on the veh dealerships and talked to many salesman but Tom Ferrier and the staff kinda blew me away. From the start Tom had all the quotes and values on the vehicle pulled, along with auto trader to see they had the best price in the area. Once payments were involved Tom was amazingly quick to get prices. Sometimes I am at a dealer for 2 hours waiting to get a spread sheet, at C wimberley it was quick and easy.
