“ALL AROUND GREAT EXPERIENCE” When I got the ok from my husband that I could start looking for a Mini Cooper I ended up on cars.com. It took me quite a while but I found the one I When I got the ok from my husband that I could start looking for a Mini Cooper I ended up on cars.com. It took me quite a while but I found the one I wanted and called the phone number. I got a hello...and not thank you for calling Wimberly Automotive...what I didn’t know was it was the owners cell number. Talking with him for awhile about the car I informed him it would be a month before I can get there to pick it up since it was to short notice for me to get the ball rolling on my end and get things done since I was coming up on my weekend off...and I get one weekend a month off. He wasn’t keen on the idea of holding the car at all much less for a month. But I promised him that was the car I was getting...so I called the bank to get things going and sent the dealership everything I could to make sure they knew I was serious about the purchase. Considering I live in Rhinelander WI and they were down in lower Michigan... we did everything by text, phone, and email. The day finally got here and we were to pick it up so we drove our minivan to Madison WI where they met us half way so we wouldn’t have to drive over 6hrs one way. I have had my Mini Cooper a week and a half and love it, it is so fun to drive... I have wanted one since the movie The Italian Job came out which was 2009 and now I have one. Thanks to all involved at Wimberley Ford for trusting me on my word and making the experience worthwhile...I have never bought a vehicle out of state much less without physically looking at it before buying thanks to C. Wimberley himself and Tom Ferrier for making it all happen!!!!! I will be purchasing again from them because I feel I got a great deal and loyal service. More

I recently bought a fifth wheel toy hauler and find that I need a f250 to haul it, well I had a f150, so I asked Tom Ferrier And chuck Wimberley Jr to I recently bought a fifth wheel toy hauler and find that I need a f250 to haul it, well I had a f150, so I asked Tom Ferrier And chuck Wimberley Jr to find me a used f250 diesel, they searched high and low, kept in touch with me as they were looking, I looked myself and not much out there, they search for good quality and avoid the bad ones, didn’t know there were so many things to look for when getting a used diesel, well I seen a couple new ones and the prices was not a lot more than the used ones we were looking at, so I had them search for new, they had me hooked up in 2days! Got me more than what I was asking, so now I have my favorite new truck, this thing is awesome, thank you Tom and chuck, you guys are awesome!!! More

Great Experience! Denny and I took a ride out to Dowagiac for him to look at a car he was interested in at C.Wimberley and wanted to test drive. Upon arrival, we were Denny and I took a ride out to Dowagiac for him to look at a car he was interested in at C.Wimberley and wanted to test drive. Upon arrival, we were immediately greeted by the owner, Chuck Wimberley, who just happened to be at the dealership. Tom Ferrier, the original salesman that Denny had corresponded with was out of the office. Chuck set the ball in motion, by showing the car to Denny. Chuck's son, Dallas, worked up the numbers for the car and it was a go. While Denny and Dallas were doing their thing, Chuck asked me what I was interested in and price range. Luckily, he had a car that I liked, and before I knew it, I was buying a car. In the meantime, Tom Ferrier, returned and helped finish up the sales with both Denny and I. We also worked with Will Urie who was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. From the time we walked in the door and walked out, we were very impressed with the whole team. They actually made us feel like we were a part of their family. I, personally, have never had a great experience like this in purchasing a car. Will definitely recommend C. Wimberley to others who are in the market for a car. If you are out for a drive, stop by and ask for Tom Ferrier! More

Just a ride Cathy and I were just out for a ride to possible test drive a 2016 Taurus. When we got to Wimberley Ford we were greeted by the owner Chuck Wimberley Cathy and I were just out for a ride to possible test drive a 2016 Taurus. When we got to Wimberley Ford we were greeted by the owner Chuck Wimberley with a handshake and a smile. He proceeded to ask what we were looking for and had the car brought up to the door so we took a test drive. We like the car and when we returned he already set in motion the trade-in and the out the door cost if we wanted to deal, we did. It was a great deal and no hassle! His son ,Dallas, had all the paper work set up and clarified all the buying process at a great price.Chuck then asked Cathy what she was in the market for and a short time later a deal was struck for her purchase of a 2015 Ford Escape, same easy transaction! Tom Ferrier , whom I had contacted earlier on line for the test drive, stopped by on his day off. He went through all the ins and outs of my Taurus and was very knowledgeable and thorough. Everyone we met or talked to at the dealership were polite and kind. I would highly recommend to give them a visit if yo're looking to buy a car. Sincerely Dennis Carlson More
