Life time resident of Dowagiac, MI and the surrounding area. I am a 1983 graduate of Dowagiac Union High School. Baseball, fishing, golf and playing pool are my favorite hobbies. I traveled much of the world through the US Navy serving aboard the U.S.S. Nimitz, CVN-68. I'm a proud veteran and happy to meet others who also serve or have served our country and our citizens. After the military I entered sales in 1991 and have an extensive background in sales, inventory and store management. Sales is a great career field with its own set of challenges. Finding the right car, truck or SUV for a customer is the challenge and my goal each and every time. I have a low pressure system that I use in finding the right vehicle for my customers. It starts with listening to them first and learning their needs. When successful, I make a long standing customer and in many cases, a new friend. My overall experience was great! Tom was such a pleasure to do business with. He made me feel like I was a priority and that he genuinely wanted to help. He went above and beyond to help me each step of the way. Even to go as far as helping me to set up my bluetooth connection, get some tunes set up and went over various functions before I left the lot. Car shopping is always stressful, but Tom did a fantastic job in making this process go smoothly and kept my anxiety at a minimum!! :) The finance guys were outstanding as well! Took the time to be thorough and provide various options to help me in making solid decisions. Great sense of humor, which also kept me calm. Thank you to the whole team!
