He always was the first one to wish us a happy birthday every year. He is the best sales rep we have dealt with. On January 28,2015, we needed Rocky's service again. We began the process of purchasing a Ford Fusion at 2:00 and at 8:15 we left with the car. It was a very busy day at the dealership. Rocky made the wait time very enjoyable. His favorite saying is "I've got a story."
