He was honest, upfront, and very knowledgable about all the vehicles and options available to me, within my budget. He took the time to sit with me and made sure I was comfortable with my payments. He was very patient throughout the process. It is important to note, I am a very difficult person to please, and he did just that! The day I picked up my vehicle, he made sure he explained every feature to me and made sure I did not drive away until I was completely confident and comfortable with my new vehicle. We have been dealing with him ever since. Here is a gentleman I would recommend enthusiastically. This is my third leased car with Tom. He has been informative to a point where he doesn't let you go unless you are completely comfortable with your purchase or, in this case, lease. I am 84 years old and the only regret I have is that I certainly don't think I will be leasing too many more cars from Tom. Although, you never know. I would recommend this gentleman to anyone who is looking for a car. They definitely would not be disappointed. More
