Two of our friends recently bought Subs from this dealership. I decided on a Sub model on a Monday . On Tuesday , my salesperson, Tom Friesen , found the my vehicle. I drove it home on Thursday ! The first salesman I talked to about it initially appeared unhappy to show me the car (not sure if he was about to leave for the day, understandable if he was), and tried selling me on a wrx that was "traded in by an old man" despite it having mod stickers etc. I spoke to another salesman the next day who had assisted me when browsing the late earlier and he was very helpful and low pressure. I am a little disappointed about a few things though: the detailing of the car was quite poor (considerable amount of sand in the door pocket, interior was just overall not well detailed, lots of unbuffered wax on the body), the center console lid was missing screws and after asking them to replace them before I drove the car off the lot, the salesman brought out some screws, found they were too big, and told me to get them from home Depot. I had an overall good experience but their attention to detail and customer satisfaction could use improvement. More

I went in by myself on Saturday to test drive a Subaru Impreza (I had it narrowed down between 2 different manufacturers/vehicles). After the test drive Tom wrote me up a quote and gave me an appraisal on our trade in. He knew I was going to test drive another vehicle and told me I'd be back - he was right! I returned Sunday with my husband so he could test drive it and we could finalize the sale. Tom was very easy to work with and very knowledgeable. Sold on Subaru After weeks of researching cars, the Subaru stood out as the type of car that was perfect for me. Initially, I looked at the Outback and Forester. How After weeks of researching cars, the Subaru stood out as the type of car that was perfect for me. Initially, I looked at the Outback and Forester. However, when I spotted a gray 2011 Subaru Legacy in the lot at Beechmont Subaru, I thought "THAT is the one." My father and I took it for a test drive with Sales Rep Tom Friesen and I was so impressed. Tom went over all of the Legacy's features and within a day's time, I signed all the papers and took that sweet Subaru home. I love my Legacy, how it drives and everything else between the Bluetooth to the moonroof. I am also referring friends and family Tom...he was great to work with, was very patient and it was nice that he has followed up to make sure I am happy with my purchase. When I returned just last weekend to get plates put the car, Tom put a bracket around the front plate because he said he didn't want me to cut my hand on the edge of the plate when I wash the front of the car. That was a very thoughtful thing to do. And trust me, that would be something I would do... I am constantly taking a soft cloth to clean off fingerprints or anything that takes the shine away from my Subaru. I highly recommend Subaru and Beechmont Subaru. And I am thankful that I get to enjoy every second driving my used--but new to me--Subaru Legacy! More
