What I appreciated most was his relaxed and conversational style versus having to deal with a pushy salesperson, which always turns me off. He took the time to lay out two options for us (lease vs. buy on two different vehicles), so we were able to make a very educated decision about which direction was best for us. Buying a Toyota Matrix Tom was the sales person that I was dealing with for buying my 2009 Toyota Matrix. He was very friendly and outgoing. I did most of the paperwork with Tom was the sales person that I was dealing with for buying my 2009 Toyota Matrix. He was very friendly and outgoing. I did most of the paperwork with Tom. I came back the next day to purchase the car and finished the paperwork. I dealt with another sales person that was very nice. He told me my car would have $20 worth of gas put in and detailed. After I purchased the car, I realized it didn't have $20 worth of gas and was not detailed. Those were the only things that I was unsatisifed with was the gas and not clean. Overall, the sales people were great. More
