Salesman Tom Gorman/General Manager Josh Lie to Sell Vehicle The salesman couldn't seem to remember the price we were talking about which was very confusing. We told him we were on our way to see the Black Grand The salesman couldn't seem to remember the price we were talking about which was very confusing. We told him we were on our way to see the Black Grand Caravan with a certain Dealer number. We arrived and he told us it was sold. So we looked at an identical white one and he gave us the price. He knew we were not going to finance thru Chrysler, even with a $500 rebate, because we were paying with cash and financing thru another company we were preapproved with for a small portion. We really didn't want white, so the salesman found another black one, but because it was manufactured at a different time, the price was higher. They would not match the price we were given for the black vehicle we drove out for, even though it was an identical vehicle. That was upsetting, so we went home. After sleeping on it, we decided to purchase the white vehicle. Before we drove out there we talked to the salesman and he tried to say we had to finance with them for the price that was quoted. I called back and reminded him that the quote was for financing thru another company and he agreed and said he'd let the General Manager know. When we arrived at the dealer, the salesman met us and congratulated us and handed my daughter the keys. Then he showed us the papers with the price that he quoted written on it for $500 less than the amount that was typed if we financed thru Chrysler. Then he went to talk to the general manager and give him the paperwork. The general manager came and told us we had to pay $500 more than the quote. I explained that was not the quote given but he would not budge. He tried saying that the prices included the financing, at which I brought out my notebook from the last visit with the price and "w/(bankname) written next to it. He still would not budge and we decided to leave. He couldn't believe we were going to leave over $500, but by then it was about the lies we were told. I even had him bring the salesman back to verify what I was saying was true but he flat out lied and tried to give a story that he had only said he would tell the general manager our offer, not that he had already congratulated us on the purchase. I mentioned the low ratings they were going to get and he said he would split the difference with us. So we accepted that but I did let him know we were still not going to give them a good review. He said he'd fill my tank and send me home but I said no we were accepting the offer. It was a good offer, but to be deceitful about the whole process was ridiculous. It wouldn't have killed them to be honest. So they made us wait all day before we could go home. We got there at 11 am and didn't drive away until 4 pm. They wasted so much of our time. What an awful experience until we met with the finance guy who was a gem - funny, honest and a nice guy - I'd rate him a 5 star. Good price on the vehicle but honesty would have been worth the extra money had we purchased it somewhere else. I wonder how they sleep at night. More

He was so incredibly patient with us and answered every question we had with honesty and sincerity. We never felt pressured once in either direction and truly felt Tom wanted us to make the best and most informed decision for us. BUY YOUR NEW CAR HERE We arrived and thought we were at a shopping center at a car dealership...people everywhere!! I instantly knew THIS IS THE PLACE I'M PURCHASING MY NEW We arrived and thought we were at a shopping center at a car dealership...people everywhere!! I instantly knew THIS IS THE PLACE I'M PURCHASING MY NEW CAR. Too see that many people I knew it came from excellent customer service, dedication, quality and excellent prices. I was right!!! I told them I what I wanted for a payment and they said OK....never once did we get pressured about anything. ALOT of dealerships try to sell you the most they can to benefit themselves...NOT HERE THEY DON'T! I told them where I wanted to be for a payment and they said no problem. 1 1/2 hrs later we left in our new car...A BEAUTIFUL NEW CHEVROLET. We drove 150 miles one way to get to Jeff Belzers and I wouldn't have gone anywhere else. The selection was unbelievable but the prices were beyond words. My new car was $3000 cheaper than it was at my local dealership....THE EXACT SAME CAR!! So if you don't want to get attacked by salesman or spend more than you want..GO TO JEFF BELZER'S!! More

Great Car This is my third car that I have leased through Marshall Berg. Actually, Marshall started somewhere else, and when it came time to lease again, I fol This is my third car that I have leased through Marshall Berg. Actually, Marshall started somewhere else, and when it came time to lease again, I followed him to Jeff Belzer and this is my second leased vehicle at this location. I gave Marshall heads-up that it was time for me to turn in this vehicle and lease another one. I have found that leasing the vehicle is so much easier on my wallet. No need to worry about any type of repairs with the exception of tire replacements and oil changes; even though there has not been a need to have the vehicles brought in for repairs. Within seconds upon my arrival Marshall had the best salesperson ready to meet and get the paper rolling for the new lease. Tom Gorman, spent every moment with us while waiting for the financing to be completed (it was a very busy day, December 5, 2015). I even told Tom to go ahead and start working with another client, and he said that the sales department works as a team to ensure best quality time is spent with each client, therefore, he was sticking with me until the end. And then came Josh who even though it was for a minute, was very courteous and "escorted" us to the finance member, who even took the time to answer a few additional questions referencing the lease, which I was very impressed that he did not hesitate to answer. Finally - there was Shayne Goodson- fine young man and veteran. Being a veteran myself, we had the opportunity to compare notes on some Army times – even though I am quite a few years older and a female; we had a great understanding and respect of each other. Shayne sat in the car while we contacted OnStar and created the account; he took down the information that was needed. Overall- each time I return to Jeff Belzer to upgrade my leased vehicle, the experience gets better and better. Mr. Belzer- You have an outstanding team that works with you to create the most utmost comfortable environment in any dealership. Never once was there any type of pressure to buy or add on any packages. The staff always ensured that we were comfortable, had coffee and just very nice.
