He kept us informed along the way through phone calls and emails, as we were having a spoiler added on, which required some ordering and service dept collaboration. Also was great to receive the beautiful car detailed and full of a tank of gas. We surprised our son by going out to lunch and having the waitress deliver a coffee cup with the keys in it buried with candies. It was fun to see his expression, as he handed the keys back to me thinking the waitress accidentally dropped them in his dessert! Thanks again Tom! More

I didnt feel any pressure the whole time and more importantly he listened to my needs and delivered. He even reserved the car for almost a week until i got back from vacation even when he could have sold it for more then i was offering. Part of me honestly expected the car to be sold when i got back, But Tom stuck to his word the whole time. The dealership even replaced the tires and breaks on the used honda we purchased and was upfront about any and all repairs. Over all best experience I've had buying a car from a dealer. More
