He was never pushy or made us feel like we didn’t know what our expectations of the new car would be. We had planned to trade in my existing car so we had to go back home and pick it up and then head back to the dealership. We had made a predetermined decision about what we would pay for the car with our trade-in and we were able to meet that expectation. More
