I explained we might be interested in purchasing another MKZ in the future. He stayed in touch without being annoying. When we came in to purchase/lease, he was upfront and very informative about the 2017 MKZ. We didn't get the run around and he took the time to explain all the bells and whistles on the new car. We think Dennis in the service department is great also. We have been dealing with Parks since 2003 and this was our 3rd car from here. They are our dealership of choice. More

Another great service experience at Parks Lincoln in Tampa yesterday, March 28, 2017! I am so fortunate to have Larry Mills as my service advisor! He does such a caring, thorough, extra effort job in making sure that everything is completely done and thoroughly attended to. I would say that over my car purchasing lifetime--easily 20 to 25 different dealerships and probably 35 vehicles, that Larry is the best service advisor I have dealt with.! Overall, this dealership cannot be beat --Nick Cherok in finance , Tom Hunter in sales, and Larry in service are all outstanding! It is a pleasure to come to this dealership and well worth the 1 1/2 to 2 hour drive for me. I wouldn't consider going to the closer dealerships as an alternative.
