Highly un knowledgeable Service Advisers, ordered a Running board to be installed at the dealership 5 days in advance, as I am driving more than an hour to get to the dealership I asked “ Should I mak Running board to be installed at the dealership 5 days in advance, as I am driving more than an hour to get to the dealership I asked “ Should I make an appointment?” They said no should take an hour to install as the part was ordered through them , after driving an hour to get there when I arrive they tell me you need to have an appointment, I explained what I was told on the phone , they then said that “We can’t do the install and as You don’t have an appointment we will not be checking you car in “ now I have to drive back an hour away with running boards in my car , they didn’t even apologize for the miscommunication on their part ,this is not the first time I have had a bad experience with this dealership , if there was less than ‘0’ stars this is what I would rate my experience, stay far away from this dealership More

Ass't Svc Mgr Tom Kiernan does a TERRIFIC JOB for his customers and have been VERY satisfied with work at IMV during past few years. BUT earlier this month, it took essentially two full days for IMV to customers and have been VERY satisfied with work at IMV during past few years. BUT earlier this month, it took essentially two full days for IMV to perform a routine oil change/minor service on out G sedan. May be starting to "overbook" service dept. If so, NOT good! More
