Tom Kiernan has always been courteous, professional, helpful, & knowledgeable during all of our service visits to Infiniti of Mission Viejo. He is the primary reason we have had my 2003 Infiniti M45 ser helpful, & knowledgeable during all of our service visits to Infiniti of Mission Viejo. He is the primary reason we have had my 2003 Infiniti M45 served at this dealership for the last 10+ years. Actually, all of the employees at Infiniti of Mission Viejo have been very gracious. The service department has done an excellent job of taking car of my vehicle & I appreciate their attention to detail. I especially like your check list process regarding any potential future items that may require repair &/or replacement. Your waiting area lounge is very comfortable & I really enjoy your optional coffee choices, TV, & cleanliness. More

Dealer missed wiper blades assessment. They were defective and needed replacement.. Also, dealer failed to add oil change coupon to invoice. We overpaid for service. Tom notified me of battery replacement need. I just replaced this with AAA heavy duty Interstate battery. Ith exception of wiper blades, dealer did excellent job identifying maintenance items we need to complete at next service. More

My Advisor is: Tom Kiernan, who has been excellent for me. I previously owned an Infiniti J30 before I purchased a QX60 in September of 2013. I have previously owned several cars and none have been as me. I previously owned an Infiniti J30 before I purchased a QX60 in September of 2013. I have previously owned several cars and none have been as trustworthy as Infiniti. Tom makes it very easy for me and where he goes, I will follow. Wanted to buyout the lease from them- and they REQUIRED me to purchase some combination of an extended warranty, extended service plan and gap insurance that totals over $4000. I am on my 7th infiniti and me to purchase some combination of an extended warranty, extended service plan and gap insurance that totals over $4000. I am on my 7th infiniti and 2 from them. I brought my own oil and my own filter and I was still charged $50 for labor which I think is ridiculous especially when six months ago I only paid $30 for labor how does it go up $20 within six months.
