She spent time explaining all the features of the car and we went for a test drive.. We then signed up for the 24 hour date night program and took the car home. We loved it and subsequently returned the next day and leased it for 36 months. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and helpful in every way...they couldn't be nicer...it was a great experience. The dealership that needs to give Michigan lessons! I had been to five other dealerships and what a difference in Service. I was very very impressed. I'm from Michigan and was visiting in Jacksonville I had been to five other dealerships and what a difference in Service. I was very very impressed. I'm from Michigan and was visiting in Jacksonville and my daughter suggested we go here to see if I could have any luck finding the car I wanted. Well when we approached the dealership a nice young man greeted us and I described the vehicle I wanted. We did two test drives and they did have the MKX that fit the bill. I was leery about cross state transactions but they facilitated it with no problem at least on my end. They kept me informed and were very gracious. I observed others in the showroom and this was not a fluke. It is no wonder this is such a successful dealership. The man who delivered the car said this dealership was meticulous about everything, I had great confidence in Zach and Mr. Krell is an excellent manager and I have dealt with many businesses over the years and I would highly recommend this dealership and this salesperson. More

I went to Bozard on recommendations of two friends, glad I enjoy car shopping I hate buying. However, my experience at Bozard has changed all of that. I went to Bozard on recommendations of two friends, glad I did. I went in looking to make a fair trade using my relatively new vehicle for a slightly used crossover SUV. Very long story short I ended up buying a new vehicle of the same Brand, Lincoln and model, MXc and could not be happier. I never felt pressured, Jeff answered all of my questions and was very patient. Management did not do the good guy bad guy routine just gave me their best price and added some small perks and I bought it. I can't recall the name of the used car manager but he was an integral part of my experience. When I need to buy again I will return to Bozard and I live in Jacksonville. More

That afternoon Buddy Price called her and took down more specific information such as color and accessories that we wanted. Buddy and Tom Krell then went to work. There were very few 2015 vehicles in Florida so they spread their search into Georgia and found the exact car we wanted. They had it shipped to Bozard and we rode up and test drove it. The car was exactly what we wanted. The rest is history. The negotiations went like clockwork. There was no pressure from the dealership at all. It took only a week from the search to signing the contract. Everyone we came in contact with at Bozard had an extremely pleasant and positive demeanor. We attribute this to the management of this dealership. Whether it is excellence, or an uncaring attitude, everything flows down from the top. More
