Great Experience in Purchase New SUV On Saturday April 27, 2019 I had the pleasure of meeting via Board Ford Website Mr. Tom Krell Internet Sales Manager. I am the type of person who d On Saturday April 27, 2019 I had the pleasure of meeting via Board Ford Website Mr. Tom Krell Internet Sales Manager. I am the type of person who does his research as I am a Mortgage Underwriter for a major bank. I select a new 2019 Ford Edge that I was interest into. I E-Mailed Mr. Krell and explain that I was interest into in purchasing a new 2019 Edge that I had select on Bozard Ford Website and I was interest in making an offer of that vehicle. Tom took the time I was offering for the new Edge and we agree to terms of the new vehicle (after going back and forth negations). I had previously arrange my financing with my Credit Union. On Sunday April 28, 2019 I reach out to Tom to arrange a time for a test Drive for the new 2019 Ford Edge. I met Tom Krell in person and the vehicle was available for a Test Drive. The test Drive went great but I decide I would like a new color of the interior. Tom research on line that Bozard Ford did have a different 2019 Ford Edge with a different interior color. Tom had the vehicle and the color of the interior was perfect. I was impress with the vast selection of vehicles that Bozard Ford has! Tom took the time to listen to my concerns and we made a deal for the purchase of the 2019 Ford Edge which include a trade in of my 2015 Ford Escape. I had let Tom Krell that I had secure the financing in place and request that I did not want a “hard sale” of available after sale options went I was to meet with the Finance Department. I had the pleasure of meeting with Mr. Rick Garcia Bozard Ford Financial Services Manager and again mention that I want a smooth transaction. Mr. Rick Garcia was very professional and set the expectations of no “hard sale” practices. Based on my personal high credit rate score, Mr. Rick Garcia was able to offer a better interest rate from Ford Credit that my local large Credit Union. I decide to take the financing from Ford Credit than the Credit Union because I was saving money. Mr. Rick Garcia did not give me a “hard sale” of sale options but did only make one suggestion of available regarding an extended service plan for maintenance of the vehicle. I decide to take the extended service maintenance plan as the difference of the cost was just another $5.00 in my monthly payment because Mr. Rick Garcia lower my interest rate further from Ford Finance. Mr. Rick Garcia made the sale transaction very professional has he listen to the customer. I would highly recommend Mr. Tom Krell Internet Sales Manager and Mr. Rick Garcia Financial Service Manager from Bozard Ford when you are interest in purchasing a new vehicle. They both listen to my 70% rule of listening and 30% talking. Bozard Ford is a great family company that respects its customers and helps the community. I rate this company and its employees 5 stars. More
