Unorganized What was to be a few days repair ended up being two weeks and over $1,000 more than original estimate. In addition, my car has beautiful tan leather i What was to be a few days repair ended up being two weeks and over $1,000 more than original estimate. In addition, my car has beautiful tan leather interior with tan carpet,, and when I picked it up, the seats and carpet were covered in oil stains. They did not have the curtesy to have at least covered the areas with paper or something before getting into vehicle. After raising my concern to the Service Manager she apologized and stated it should never have gotten like this and she had them shampoo the carpet and clean seats too. Needless to say, they don’t look the same, but at least I have my vehicle back home. The repair seems to be good, however, it cost a lot more, was more than 10 days late and when caring for your vehicles’ interior, a really, really messy/sloppy job ! I add that it took me having to get the GM involved in order to get me some satisfaction in all this ordeal. More
