As to Tom, my personal experiences with him provided by Tom Mac, Sebastian Peronace, and Kellsea Salais—respectively—have been all superlative! As to Tom, my personal experiences with him have been fantastic as he provided amazing assistance, responsive follow-through, and white glove service (before, during, after my purchase) pertaining to a new vehicle purchased at Spreen Honda, Loma Linda. He apprised me immediately when the vehicle I was looking for became available at the dealership and set-up an appointment to see him regarding this particular model. Even after purchasing the vehicle, Tom still kept in contact with me to ensure that (a) everything was fine with my new car and (b) inquired if I had any questions. Fantastic follow-up—especially texting me happy holiday wishes during the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays. As for Sebastian, no words can adequately describe my personal (super positive) experiences with him going on for six to seven years at Spreen Honda (Loma Linda). Throughout the six to seven years of my interactions with him, he's been very responsive, knowledgeable, and tremendously helpful. His professionalism, high standards, and integrity never cease to amaze me as a professional who went the extra mile for me whenever I had a question and/or issue with my vehicle.
