On the positive side, the experience was fairly quick and people were friendly. On the negative side, I don’t appreciate withholding information & the lack of follow through. I had said that I wanted to people were friendly. On the negative side, I don’t appreciate withholding information & the lack of follow through. I had said that I wanted to get a trailer for camping. It was suggested to go through U-Haul for a trailer hitch BUT at no point was there mention that my new vehicle would only be able to tow 1000 lbs, & NO camping trailer is that light. Also, both Tom and the finance guy said they would call me after 6 months regarding refinancing since my payment is uncomfortably high. Neither has called me after 8 months and when I called and left a message for the finance guy I never received a call back. I feel my three star rating is being generous in regards to this very frustrating experience, probably should be lower. More

Based on our experience, Tom was able to work with us and find a price point that worked with what we wanted. They didn’t spend their time trying to force any extra items.
