Dissatisfied customer Traverse is 3 months old, less than 2800 miles. This is the 4 th service issue. No support from dealer or GM. Do not feel safe in vehicle. Want it replaced but no one will stand behind me. Battery dead! Told it may not be under warranty. Bunch of crap! More

New car Tom Macey was great. But... financial manager did not complete paperwork by my pick up date. I then had to make a return trip. With less than 200 m Tom Macey was great. But... financial manager did not complete paperwork by my pick up date. I then had to make a return trip. With less than 200 miles the check engine light came on. Steve in service corrected the issue in less than an hour. Im not pleased that first service was before 200 miles on vehicle No compensation to me for making trip back for paperwork or service on new vehicle!! More
