There was no pressure, just a friendly conversation. The used car manager, Dean, was very generous on his offer for my trade that other dealers said I could never get out of. The manager Tom and Finance Manager Tracey worked hard to get me an excellent deal, even better than I had hoped for coming in. In the end, I drove home in my first Kia, but after this experience, I'm sure it won't be my last. More

Terrible experience ran my credit 3 times for no reason. Bait and switch on price and changed pricing after we agreed and my credit score was exactly what I told them it would be.
