He knows what we are looking for and explained all the new features and safety options on the 2019 RX350. Chuck Johnson took care of all the paperwork and even made parting with our money FUN. Peter Namerow spent an hour with us explaining all the special features on the vehicle, programing our phones in Bluetooth, setting up our favorite radio stations and answering our questions. He told us to make sure we called him if we needed more help. We have always received great service from Debbie Millis and look forward to working with her again. After driving German cars for so long I was hesitant, but Our family has purchased many cars from Lexus over the years, but this was my first Lexus. After driving German cars for so long I was hesitant, but Wilde made it easy for me to make the switch as we customized an RX350 Sport to my liking. I was offered to look at many, but this one caught my eye and after a few customizations it is mine. The sales process was pressure free with Tom and he made sure all my questions were answered. Finance was pretty quick and took the time to explain where needed. We are getting one more Lexus from Tom & Wilde next week, an RC300. More
