I usually dread going into any car dealership, but my experience at Wilde was great. Tom McComber had everything in order and ready to go when I arrived to pick up my new car. I would definitely recommend anybody looking for a Lexus to ask for Tom. More

This is my 4th Lexus sold to me by Tom McComber. First, Tom is the complete sales associate and is a model of what I would consider being the most proifessional of sales person that I have purchsed cars fr Tom is the complete sales associate and is a model of what I would consider being the most proifessional of sales person that I have purchsed cars from in the 60 years I have been driving. He is honest, compledte in his sadministartive area and is the main reason we continue to seek him out when we start shopping for a new vehicle. Dean Brown, the business arm of Wilde is equlaly as professional as he explains everything and is very complete with his part of delivering a new vehicle. I am not hesitant in recommending Wilde, Tom and Dean to my friends of which two did purchase a new car from Tom in the past three years. Tom should be groomed for a position much higher than he now enjoys as I feel he is sales manager material. I sold Cadillac's for two years, 1987-89, and he far surpasses anyone I have ever dealt with in the auto industry. Wilde Lexus is the company I send all of my firends to when looking for a new/used car. In my estimation, Wilde is the shinning stars of the auto industry in Sarasota as well all of Florida. Wade Northrup, their general manager, is fortunate to have employees like Tom and Dean working for Wilde. More

My husband had been driving the RX350 for many years. He is currently in his fourth RX and we both love it. This summer my Mini Cooper lease ended and I was undecided about what kind of car to get. I wanted quiet and comfort after the Mini experience. I was thinking of an Audi A-4; the Infinity; or a Lexus ES 350. When Wilde service was performing the RX 350 30K service, Debbie Millis who is a top rate person in the Service Dept., suggested we keep the loaner 24 hours, we were so happy. This provided me the opportunity to see have a full test drive around our home in Venice. After turning in the loaner, I test drove the Audi again just to be sure. There was NO comparison in the smooth handling and ride of the two cars. Lexus is absolutely perfect. The salesman who was simply outstanding in his selling the car to us made the entire experience most enjoyable. Tom McOmber knew all about the car and provided us with just the right amount of information with no pressure to make a decision. He was personable and thoughtful in his approach and without any he completed the high quality experience we have always had with Wilde. Robert Miller went over the financial information for our leasing contract in a careful and patient manner. But I must ell you, the way that Tom McOmber related to us with his knowledge and confidence in what he was selling to us, was truly what made me want to buy from Wilde. This is my second time buying a new car from Tom McOmber and it is also my second Lexus!! I have had nothing but the best customer service when looking for and purchasing my vehicle. Tom is very professional, timely, courteous, patient, efficent and takes to heart the importance of finding the right vehicle for you within your budget. His bottom line was to make me happy and he searched out different options to make my buying experience (and owning experience) unique. I am now the proud owner of a really cool, comfortable and luxurious IS 250. I can proudly say that my car will be admired by all and I will not find another one on the road quite like it. I almost went with a difference color but wasn't ecstatic about it so Tom put the wheel to the grindstone to find me exactly what I was looking for. He worked with me to get the price I wanted and was very fair and straightforward with me. Tom is a family man with great values and is a pleasure to work with. I appreciated everything he did for me to make my experience positive. I was greeted with a charming smile everytime I came into the dealership to narrow down my decision. I learned from my parents that you can't beat a Lexus, I LOVE my IS250... we are a Lexus family for life now and we always look forward to seeing Tom for our next vehicle... or just to say "hi"! More

This was my approximately 15th Lexus from this dealership and Tom McOmber since the mid 1990's. Several years ago I moved back to Ann Arbor from Sarasota but still go down to Wilde Lexus to get my new cars a and Tom McOmber since the mid 1990's. Several years ago I moved back to Ann Arbor from Sarasota but still go down to Wilde Lexus to get my new cars as does my wife. Things have not been good economically in Michigan but they still, when needed, handle the situation and make everything work out. These folks actually know what loyalty is, both ways, and practice it. This latest purchase last week of another LS460 Dave called on the drive back to make sure I was using the new gadgets properly. Absolutely outstanding. If GM had a few Tom McOmbers then maybe Detroit would be in better shape. More
