The vehicle we specifically went to look at was a used truck, was not as described on the website. It clearly said keyless entry, and moonroof, which it had neither. The steering wheel was very "warped", which threw off the steering. The only thing we could come up with to warp a steering wheel that badly, was that it had been wrecked, but of course no mention of that on the listing. It had a rock chip in the front glass and when we asked about it we were told that they would not fix that, the vehicle "passed inspection" and that's all they care about. So they not only false advertise they won't fix any issues on the vehicle before it would leave their lot.
Our salesman, Walter, was awful. He could have cared less if we bought a vehicle or not. He kept disappearing on us and when we could finally ask any questions, he would only answer that he didn't know, "he was just the little man" and he was "just a peon", we'd have to ask management about those issues we mentioned. But, we never had the opportunity to speak with anyone else.
I posted a review on another social media site, and received a reply from the general manager to follow up on our experience. I did reach out to him to discuss it and of never got a response at all from him. So, the rudeness and apathy of the staff comes from the top. He tried to make himself look good by replying to my post, but had zero intention of following up. Pathetic. Don't waste your time, find a reputable, honest dealer. This one doesn't even deserve one star, they lied on the listing, refuse to fix issues, and just literally do not care if you purchase or not.

This response from Tom Peacock is a complete joke.
I stated in my review that this “comment” that they wanted to follow up was a lie. I have left MULTIPLE voicemails and emails that have all gone completely unanswered.
So if you want to actually talk to me you have my info on file. Which I can pretty much guarantee that this won’t ever happen.
They could have responded to my many messages to this point.
It’s just a comment for show that that “made an effort” without actually doing so. They have no intention of speaking to a customer. Amazing how they are all unavailable ALL the time when you reach out to them!!
