I went there to service my vehicle. I was received by Rene a super nice customer service personnel who treated me so well, beyond my expectations. False advertisement, after being told it was a done deal and waited over 5 hrs nothing. Wasn’t even given another option or anything. My first experience at the dealership ended horribly. I was referred there by family. The Salesman (Drew ) was great!! He did an awesome job of finding what I wanted. Then financing came in and changed the numbers 3 times from what we agreed on. I left the dealership. Sales Manager (Angel Musquiz) called my phone to work the deal out. As I proceeded to come back he began talking to me like I was a child. His attitude was horrible. I asked to speak with someone else and he hung up in my face. The General Sales Manager called me. His attitude was the same and as I proceeded to explain what was going on he hung up in my face also. The customer service in Financing and Management is poor. More
