My salesman, Tom Ryan, made me feel very comfortable as he explained all of the ins and outs of leasing. He found me several rebates, including the Ford Loyalty program (my wife owns an Explorer). Tom saved me over $60/month over the same vehicle, mileage, & lease term that Lasco Ford was offering. I heartily recommend Szott Ford, and in particular, Tom Ryan. Tom is down-to-earth, and a great people person. Tom quickly & efficiently showed me the features of my new Fusion SE, especially all of the Synch features. The environment at Szott Ford is low-key and friendly. The day I picked up my lease, they were celebrating "Jersey Day"; there were Tiger jerseys along with football jerseys. There are no words that can adequately express the appreciation I have for Chris Boen and Tom Ryan. These guys have taken car buying/leasing to a whole new level. Their attitutes, willingness to work with me on the budget I have and their level of professionalism surpasses all the dealers I have dealt with in the past, and I have been buying cars since 1974! It is for this reason that, although I live and work in Detroit, I will always return to Szott Ford for my automobile needs. My daughter is now nearly 30 years old and is on her 3rd Szott Ford vehicle. She and I will always return to Szott to purchase or lease our vehicles. I was over miles on my 2013 F-150 and I first went to Lasco Ford Fenton .Let's just say that price was the good for "today only" pitch turned me off a I was over miles on my 2013 F-150 and I first went to Lasco Ford Fenton .Let's just say that price was the good for "today only" pitch turned me off along with the fact they wanted me to buy "today" and when that didn't work they sent 2 sales people to close the deal. I left Lasco and called Szott and talked to Tom Ryan he told me that the next day that there would be a 500.00 additional rebate and that he had options for me. Lasco never mentioned the rebate. I went out the next day Tom Ryan worked with me and there was NO pressure to buy. I bought a new Edge and I love it. I will be back to buy again since Tom was Honest and put me at ease.
